Most neon flex is sold as a finished, pre-fitted product — the colour temperature, brightness, and density already locked in before it reaches site. Nucleo's silicone neon flex channels take the opposite approach: each profile ships as an empty extrusion, a precisely shaped silicone body designed to diffuse whatever LED strip is fitted inside it into one seamless, dot-free line of light.
That separation matters on real projects. A designer specifying warm white for a hospitality corridor and a fabricator specifying tunable white for a retail ceiling can use the exact same channel geometry, sourcing a different strip for each. Nucleo supplies seven cross-sections — from a 12×12mm channel for tight ceiling grooves to a 50×25mm high-visibility channel for exterior facades, plus a side-bending variant for horizontal curves and a 360° round channel for column wraps.

Side BendingBuilt to flex easily along its wide axis, so tight horizontal curves and plan-view corners are far simpler to execute than with a Top Bending channel. The 20mm height also presents a taller, more prominent diffused face.

360° EmissionThe only circular cross-section in the range — the diffused light reads evenly from a full 360° around the channel. Used wherever the profile itself needs to be seen from any angle: column wraps, pendant features, letter outlines, standalone decorative runs.

Channel and Strip Are Sourced Separately
Every profile above is supplied as an empty extrusion — the LED strip is not fitted at the factory. This is deliberate: it means the same channel geometry can carry a warm-white strip on one project and a tunable-white or RGB strip on the next, without changing the physical profile at all. Share the channel size and Nucleo will confirm a compatible strip width before you order.

22R Round — the Odd One Out, on Purpose
Every rectangular channel in the range diffuses primarily from one face. The 22R channel is circular, so wrapping it around a column means every viewing angle sees the same even glow — no side reads brighter or darker than another. That's what makes it the default choice for signage letters and hanging decorative runs, where the profile is the object, not a hidden light source.
